SHIPPING & DELIVERY
With customers all around the world, we are happy to send our products to almost anyone anywhere that has a letterbox, P.O. Box, or street delivery address and or even to your business addresses.
We partner with expedited parcel post service for Canada & United States. For all other regions & country, orders will be sent by parcel post air service or by FedEx courier depending on location and size of parcel.
If we are shipping to a business address in Canada; Canpar or ICS Air Courier service may be used at our discretion to assist with getting your order to you quickly and efficiently.
While we always dispatch an order within 1 to 2 business days, we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end.
As a general rule, assume that regular post will take 3 to 8 working days for most location within Canada & 5 to 8 working days within the USA. Usually shipping times for the rest of the world is 5 to 25 working days.

Please note, shipping companies do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Business days are Monday through Friday.
We contribute to the cost of shipping on all orders, regardless of the transportation mode or location. In many cases – like sending orders to the US, far Eastern Canada and Overseas, the costs are significantly higher than our flat shipping rates
We want you to know that the fee only applies to shipping and will never go above below quoted rates regardless of order size. We’re committed to making sure you get your order in a timely fashion and we’re constantly looking for ways to improve the process so that we can deliver the best experience possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately, including any apartment, unit, or buzzer number. If the package is undeliverable due to incomplete shipping address, it is the responsibility of the party which entered the incorrect or incomplete shipping information when ordering.
If the package is returned to us, we can re-send the package again if the responsible party agrees to pay $15.00 for the additional shipping costs.
All unclaimed or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be subject to a $15.00 re-stocking fee.
